you probably haven’t heard of us, we’re
tyny co. is a small brand agency with a different approach to marketing: no egos, no jargon, no nonsense. Just good ol’ fashioned strategy brought to life through client engagement and smart design. And since tyny is totally the new huge, we offer a full range of services through our in-house team and family of talented partners. We’re a big deal, but in a good way.
there is no “i” in tyny.
There are a number of advantages to working with a small team: flexibility, familiarity, efficiency, accessibility, and collaboration—to name a few. It’s a dynamic that encourages ideas and promotes respect. We really like the tight-knit group we formed at tyny co., and we follow a very strict “check your ego at the door” policy to keep it that way.
The spark behind tyny co., Paul built his career on an uncanny ability to talk to strangers and remember their names. Serving as both client liaison and agency team builder, he remarkably maintains his footing in the elusive sweet spot where work happens proactively and everyone enjoys the experience. Part song bird, part fantasy football genius, Paul is a classically trained graphic designer turned business development guy who always believed in a better way to be a big deal.
When your career is a journey, you learn a few important things along the way: the nitty-gritty matters, clients need advocates, organization is everything, and there is always room to do something new. As tyny co.’s account maven, Alicia immerses herself in each client’s day-to-day operations, ensuring all agency deliverables have purpose and value. When she’s not buzzing around the office, you’ll find her renovating her 1940s home or traveling the globe. Self-described as “the friend who is always there for you, but doesn’t need a lot of maintenance,” Alicia promises to always be truthful and to give a damn about your success.
